Santafereño started with a simple idea: bring the real flavours of Colombia to Brixton. Not a filtered version. Just the food Colombian families actually cook and eat, generously serving and made with care.
We are based inside Brixton Village, one of London's most loved market arcades. The energy here matches who we are: independent, local, full of life. Every dish on our menu comes from a tradition passed down through generations.

Why We Do This
The food we grew up with deserves a home in London
Colombian food is one of the richest and most varied cuisines in South America. But in London it has often been overlooked. We opened Santafereño because we believe it deserves better.
In the bandeja paisa with its five or six components. In the empanadas made fresh every morning. In the juices that taste like fruit should taste. In the warmth you feel when someone serves you food they actually care about.
This is not fast food with a Colombian flag on the wall. This is proper cooking, made with respect for the recipes and the people they come from.
